Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
- International Shipping (if available): 7–21 business days

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

- Free shipping on orders above PKR 5,000
- Standard shipping: PKR 250–300

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor delivery status.
Delivery Delays

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost during transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details.
